This class focuses on building strength, toning muscles, increasing flexibility, and core work.

In this fast paced world we need more results in less time. Well with this class you get it! You get all the benefits
of a 90 minute class in just 60 minutes!

We make the most of every move and pose to help you gain more muscle tone, burn more calories, improve
flexibility, gain strength and stamina, lose weight, and tone and strengthen your core in less time.

We end the class with poses and stretches to help release toxins and tension that have built up in the body.

In addition there is a five minute savasana (corpse pose) to let your body take in all that you have done for the
past 55 minutes. Depending on the day, there may be guided relaxation leading up to the five minute savasana.

This is a sixty minute class that is suitable for all ages and experience levels.

Please note: Due to the nature of this class, please make sure to always have water with you. Also, if you have
any health issues or injuries, please mention before class begins so the needed modifications can be given.
